It is a journey which started off with King C Gillette in 1901, more than a century ago with the dream which turned into reality with The Gillette Company coming into existence. King C was surely a King of ideas and a Champion of his times in creating the technology for millions of men around the world getting to a great start every morning. With brands such as Gillette, Oral-B, Braun, Duracell etc and thousands of employees working in more than 50 countries worldwide it became a force in the FMCG industry. The spirit of the people of Gillette has been one of contributing, learning and having fun.

As colleagues have moved on from the Gillette Family as it existed, there has been a desire to keep the “old” family alive and connected. This need is being met through the launch of a Global website www.galaxyofchampions.org developed by a team of ex-Gillette employees from Gillette India. This website is being launched to coincide with the first Annual get-together of ex-Gillette India employees on 25th Dec 07 in New Delhi.

It truly reflects the character of each individual who has contributed to the growth and fame of this great company. This website shall serve as a vehicle to stay together, up-date personal data as and when it changes, help out ex colleagues in their hour of need and support very selected Social causes and demonstrate to the world the power of this unique family.
